If you have children, grandchildren or maiden aunts with a less than robust disposition, then you should have one of these rats as it will give a short burst of excitement to any family 'get together'. The Remote Controlled Rat is a fun robotic that scuttles about in manic fashion over smooth surfaces causing hysterical shrieking from the youngsters, mild amusement from the adults and looks of horror on the 'puckered-up' faces of elderly relatives.

The giddy heights of fever pitch exhilaration are, however, short-lived and the novelty wears off quite quickly. Other than whizz it up and down the room a few times, what else is left to do with it? The kids will soon abandon it, and that is how I came to accidentally step on and squash further 'life' out of our robotic rodent hereinafter referred to as "Flatty Ratty"!
