My Grandson (nearly 3) loves this train. He is mad about trains anyway. I like it because you can use it on the floor without having a track and it will go under tables and other things. Works on carpet, wood floors and paving. It also snakes around objects. It is quite plasticky but not too fragile. It needs a battery to work. 1 pulling engine, 1 carriage and 1 non pulling engine. Great fun.
I think this train is excellent value. Works well, my 4 year old grandson loves it. Works well on the track or even on the carpet.
