Ordered this item online as a christmas present for our 7 year old son. Opened and charged on xmas day to find car did not work (son and parents very dissapointed) Company shut for xmas opened on Dec 28th so phoned and was told take car to post office and send back freepost (no apology offered verbal or otherwise) Waited until after new year and phoned company again who hadnt yet recieved car in post but took my details and said they would phone me when car arrived and let me know it had at least got there (still no apology offered) When we stll hadnt heard anything from the company by the 9th Jan we phoned again this time we were told that they were still opening post from the 3rd Jan and couldnt tell us if our car had arrived or not at which point my husband refused to hang up until he got some sort of explanation or idea of when our car would be returned. After waiting on hold for a short while we were told that our car had arrived and someone was working on it, we were then assured that it would be fixed (apparantly a new one couldnt be sent because this would have to be authorised by head office?!) and sent back by recorded delivery so we would recieve it on Wed/Thurs at the latest (still no apology) It is now Saturday the car has not turned up and no one has called us. It is my sons birthday on Tues, when we asked him what he would like he answered "my christmas present". We wont be purchasing anything by Rebel Toys again!
