Customer Reviews
arrivied on time, and in good condition, as advertised a simple model, instructions could have been better, some parts a littel fiddly for the 6 year old this was bought for. we related the model to a recent trip to the excellent bovington tank museum
This is my first Airfix model I have ever built and it wont be my last. Airfix is not known for its accuracy but I am really pleased with this kit. I expected a rudimentary looking model that has just the general appearance of the real tank. What I got instead was an accurate looking model.
For a model that is only five inches long it has a lot of details. Every rivit has been reproduced onto this kit; the guns move; and the instructions are easy to read and follow. What I like the best is the few parts that I had to glue together. In a few hours I built myself a model tank from World War One.
Although I really like this kit. There is just one thing I didn't like. The rubber band type tracks are hard to assemble. It required me to heat the part together instead of gluing. I followed the instructions and the rubber snapped off. I was able to fix it.
All modelers of all skill levels will enjoy this kit. It's not expensive and it's easy to build.
